1. Consultation & Lesson Package Purchases

- By purchasing a consultation lesson with OC Private Swim, you acknowledge that this service is intended for new swimmers and their families. To schedule your consultation, you must first make the purchase and then contact OC Private Swim and leave a voicemail. We will get back to you via phone or text within 48 hours to arrange a date. Please note that individual lesson or package purchases made without a prior consultation are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To schedule your lesson package, you must first make the purchase and then contact OC Private Swim and leave a voicemail. We will get back to you via phone or text within 48 hours to arrange the upcoming dates. Please note that individual lesson or package purchases made without a prior consultation are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

OC Private Swim maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical abuse and discrimination based on ethnicity, age, sex, disability, skin color, or religious affiliation. This policy applies to all participants and their parent/guardian(s).

3. Swimmer Misbehavior

Misbehavior by swimmers, such as spitting, kicking, biting, hitting, cursing, harassment, or discrimination, will not be tolerated. New swimmers are given one chance to correct their behavior; further incidents will result in immediate cancellation of the lesson without a refund.

4. Home Lessons

For home lessons, ensure coaches have access through a clear and direct open entrance, such as a side gate or garage, as coaches will not use the front door or enter inside throughout the residence for safety reasons. For community pools or parks, provide clear instructions for location and entry.

5. Late Arrivals

Coaches will wait up to 15 minutes for a late start and will leave if the lesson has not begun within this time frame. Additionally, please allow a 15-minute window for coach arrival, as they may be coming from other locations.

6. Required Forms

Participants must complete the Photo Release, Hold Harmless, and Release of Liability forms during the initial consultation. Failure to complete these forms will result in forfeiture of the consultation without a refund.

7. Rescheduling Policy

In the event of an emergency or rare occurrence, you may reschedule your lessons by leaving a voicemail at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Approval is at OC Private Swim’s discretion. If approved, you will receive a discount code for rescheduling at no extra cost via email or text within 48 hours. If not approved, you will be notified via email or text within 48 hours, and the remaining lessons in your package will proceed as scheduled.

  • Must live within the cities of Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Anaheim, Orange, Villa Park, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, and Placentia

  • All lessons must be completed within one month from the date of purchase.
